HEATMOR we believe that when you buy our outdoor wood furnace, you are
making an investment, not a purchase. That's why, since 1984, it has
been our commitment to build the best performing and longest lasting
furnace on the market. With the confidence we have in our product, we
are able to give you, the customer, solid protection on your investment
by offering one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry.
Our 10 YEAR limited warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship
AND CORROSION, and the provisions are unconditional. As long as you
operate your furnace as provided in the operator's manual and warranty,
you are covered. There are no special "conditions" or maintenance to
be performed daily to keep your warranty in force.
Because
a warranty is only as good as the service behind it, Heatmor takes pride

Outdoor
Heating Systems by HEATMOR HEATMOR STAINLESS STEEL LIMITED WARRANTY
HEATMOR warrants this outdoor furnace, to the original owner, to be
free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10)
years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes the electrical
components such as aquastats, thermostats, fans, and pumps, as they
are guaranteed by their manufacturer. The bladder, firebrick, cast
iron grates, gaskets and auger are all under warranty by HEATMOR for
a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. HEATMOR does not
warranty parts damaged by freezing, overheating, pressurization, use
of unauthorized fuels or abuse. The HEATMOR is designed to be least
susceptible to corrosion, therefore corrosion is covered under this
warranty. The initial five (5) years warranty coverage of the firebox
and ash pan is 100%. After five years, HEATMOR will pay a percent
of the total cost of the firebox and ash pan. The percent paid by
HEATMOR is as follows: 70% in year 6, 60% in year 7, 40% in year 8,
20% in year 9 and 10% in year 10. After the tenth year, HEATMOR assumes
no liability. If warranty requires replacement of any part, HEATMOR
will take responsibility for the actual cost of the replacement part
only. If an on-site repair is made, the customer is responsible for
transportation cost and labor. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
HEATMOR is not responsible for the cost of plumbing, replacement of
antifreeze, shipping costs, or any other indirect costs associated
with the replacement of the part. Outdoor furnaces are not intended
to be the only source of heat. Therefore, it is recommended that a
back-up system is in place to prevent damages caused by lack of heat.
No unauthorized adjustment or repairs will be covered by warranty.
HEATMOR specifically disavows any other representation, warranty,
or liability related to the condition or use of the product. To validate
this warranty, your registration must be completed within thirty (30)
days of purchase date and mailed to :
